1. What Personal Information Does inSnap collect?
(1) inSnap receives and stores information you enter on the Services or provide to us in any other way. This personal data may include your full name, email address, phone number, username, password, delivery address, audio (for example music and other sounds), photos, and videos that you upload to inSnap, and any other information necessary for us to provide the Services.
(2) inSnap receives and stores information about your browsing activity on the Services. This data may include your IP address, the pages within the Services you visit, and the frequency of your visits. This data will only be used by us for research purposes including traffic analysis and networking in order to improve the performance of the Services.
(3) inSnap collects and stores information about your installed applications on the Services. This data will only be used by us for research purposes in order to improve the performance of the Services, such as personalized recommendations.
(4) inSnap collects and stores information about your location on the Services. This data will only be used by us to assist in filling in the delivery address so as to save your time. When you enable the positioning function of your mobile device and complete system authorization to use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information to help you fill in the address.
2. How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
We use the information we collect from you to provide the Services to you and to improve the Services and the Content. We may also use this information to send you product news, information on promotional events, newsletters, marketing materials, and other information that may be of interest to you. (4) To generate AIGC (photos, videos and other content generated by using the Artificial Intelligence Generated Content technology provided by inSnap) for you based on the photos and / or videos that you upload to inSnap.
(5) To send promotional materials, including by instant messaging or email, from us or on behalf of our affiliates and trusted third parties.
(6) To fulfill requests for products, services, functionality, support and information for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical, and survey purposes and to solicit your feedback.
3. Will We Share Any Of The Personal Information We Collect?
Personal information collected by inSnap will not be available to third parties except in the following cases.
(1) We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we tell you differently, inSnap's agents do not have any right to use personal data we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
(2) We share personal information when it is necessary to comply with the order of the court, administrative authority, or other judicial requirements, or to assist in the investigation, prevention and elimination of the infringement of third party rights.

4. What Is inSnap's Cookie Policy?

Payment transactions are handled by secure third-party service providers; inSnap does not store your credit card information or bank credentials.
We have appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of you and other users. We maintain these technical and organizational measures and will amend them from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.

6. What's User's Right At inSnap?
Access, Rectification and Deletion of your Personal Information. inSnap attaches great importance to user's attention to personal information, so that you have the full ability to protect your privacy and security. You have rights and choices when it comes to your information. You may be afforded certain rights under applicable laws, which may include the right to access, delete, update, or rectify your data, to be informed of the processing of your data, to file complaints with authorities, and potentially other rights. 7. What About Links To Third Party Websites?
We choose reputable third party companies and websites as our partners to provide information and services to users. Once you click into the partner's website, inSnap's Policy will no longer be in effect. We recommend that you check the privacy terms and policies of the partner's website and understand the partner's policies regarding collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

If you wish to opt-out of push notifications, you can do so through your mobile device settings by tapping "Settings" -> "Notifications" -> Choose inSnap - > press the toggle to allow or disallow push notifications from the mobile application.
